報到日入校流程

Steps of entering the campus

第一步

請前往學校（3號門和4號門），并在規(guī)定下車區(qū)域下車，并配合志愿者進行隨身行李消殺。

第二步

領(lǐng)取相應寢室樓的行李貼。

請在行李貼上填寫好完整信息，并將行李貼貼在行李的明顯位置，建議隨身只拿力所能及的行李和貴重物品。你的行李將由行李運送團隊統(tǒng)一運送到所填寫的寢室樓層的行李存放區(qū)域。完成現(xiàn)場注冊后，請直接在各自寢室樓層認領(lǐng)行李。領(lǐng)取行李時，請仔細根據(jù)編號認領(lǐng)。如果行李未能及時送到，請聯(lián)系您所在寢室樓的志愿者。

第三步

請新生提前準備好本人以下證件及材料，然后按照隔離線有序排隊：

1.二代身份證/護照

2.錄入通知書

3. 浙江健康碼/甬行碼

4.通信行程卡

5.48小時核酸檢測陰性報告（僅省外新生）

第四步

請在門崗配合安保人員和志愿者有序進行測溫，亮碼（浙江健康碼/甬行碼，通信行程卡），刷身份證/護照，核驗無誤后方可入校。

第五步

入校后，根據(jù)志愿者的引導前往寢室樓辦理現(xiàn)場注冊。

現(xiàn)場注冊流程

第一步

憑新生注冊單和有效身份證件（二代居民身份證/護照）確認信息，并蓋章。

第二步

領(lǐng)取小信封，簽字并蓋章。

第三步

完成新生適應周注冊，并蓋章，領(lǐng)取新生禮盒。

Procedure for Registration Day

Dear students,

Due to epidemic requirements, please abide by the following arrangement to enter the campus:

Steps of entering the campus

Step 1

Please get off at designated areas of Gate3 andGate 4, and cooperate with volunteers to do the disinfection work;

Step 2

Volunteers will distribute luggage stickers of your student residence.

Please fill in the complete information on the sticker, and paste it on your luggage. It is recommended to carry valuables by yourselves. Your luggage will be transported by staff to luggage storage area of relevant student residence. Please collect your luggage after registration. If the luggage is not delivered, please contact volunteers in the building.

Step 3

Please prepare the following documents and line up in designated area:

·ID Card/Passport

·Offer Letter

·Health Code

·Travel Code

·Nucleic acid test report valid within 48-hour

Step 4

Please cooperate with staff to take temperature, show Code and swipe ID card/Passport at Gate.

Step 5

Please directly go to Student Residence for registration.
