江東軒、冉燎原:電摩少年來(lái)炸場(chǎng)!

在寧諾理工樓119實(shí)驗(yàn)室中,停放著一輛由寧諾學(xué)生自主研發(fā)的電動(dòng)方程式賽車。今年,它將代表寧諾首次出征中國(guó)大學(xué)生方程式汽車大賽。作為它的主設(shè)計(jì)師,寧諾材料成型及控制工程專業(yè)畢業(yè)生、寧諾在讀博士冉燎原感觸頗深。
三年前,正是他和他的小伙伴們?cè)诶砉堑囊婚g雜物間里開(kāi)始了研發(fā)方程式賽車的嘗試。如今,這臺(tái)賽車已經(jīng)鋒芒畢露、蓄勢(shì)待發(fā)。更重要的是,它的誕生也見(jiàn)證了幾位寧諾追風(fēng)少年一路“打怪升級(jí)”的成長(zhǎng)歷程。
因賽車結(jié)緣的
追風(fēng)少年們
冉燎原與方程式賽車結(jié)緣于2017年。那年暑假,本身就對(duì)賽車很感興趣的冉燎原果斷加入了寧諾理工學(xué)院暑期科研項(xiàng)目中的“電動(dòng)方程式賽車設(shè)計(jì)”項(xiàng)目。也正是在那個(gè)時(shí)候,冉燎原結(jié)識(shí)了同樣熱愛(ài)賽車改裝的江東軒。
彼時(shí)的江東軒已經(jīng)是小有名氣的“電摩達(dá)人”了。大一時(shí)的他購(gòu)入了自己的第一臺(tái)電動(dòng)摩托車。憑著對(duì)電摩的熱愛(ài)和對(duì)速度的追求,江東軒開(kāi)始學(xué)著改裝電摩。作為電子電氣自動(dòng)化專業(yè)的學(xué)生,專業(yè)課中學(xué)到的知識(shí)往往能夠讓他在改裝電摩方面事半功倍。
冉燎原和江東軒,一個(gè)擅長(zhǎng)車架的幾何結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),一個(gè)對(duì)車輛電氣系統(tǒng)頗有研究。二人一拍即合,一起投入到了賽車研發(fā)中。然而,隨著暑假結(jié)束,方程式賽車項(xiàng)目還停留在紙上設(shè)計(jì)的階段。二人都不希望止步于此,他們找到理工學(xué)院的Dunant Halim博士,希望將方程式賽車研發(fā)正式立項(xiàng)。
“剛開(kāi)始真的挺難的。我們只有一個(gè)方案,學(xué)校提供了一間雜物間。當(dāng)時(shí)經(jīng)費(fèi)也不充足,天天跑到別的實(shí)驗(yàn)室借工具。為了降低成本,各種零件也都盡可能自己加工。”冉燎原說(shuō)到,“因?yàn)槿狈ο嚓P(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),我們還經(jīng)常跑到汽車維修店,向師傅討教輪胎定位、裝配等問(wèn)題!
半年多的時(shí)間里,冉燎原、江東軒和他們的團(tuán)隊(duì)逐步打造出了車架。各個(gè)模塊的研發(fā)也穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)。雖然二人分別在2018、19年畢業(yè),但仍不斷給新加入的追風(fēng)少年們提供建議。去年,他們打造出了一臺(tái)整體質(zhì)量?jī)H為330kg,最高設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)速可達(dá)135km/h的電動(dòng)方程式賽車,也成功獲得了今年中國(guó)大學(xué)生方程式汽車大賽的參賽資格。
從賽道到實(shí)業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型
2019年夏天,已經(jīng)畢業(yè)并且在電動(dòng)摩托車行業(yè)工作了一年多的江東軒選擇開(kāi)始創(chuàng)業(yè)。而此時(shí),剛剛畢業(yè)的冉燎原正在申請(qǐng)直博,研究方向?yàn)榉蔷性動(dòng)態(tài)系統(tǒng)的振動(dòng)分析和主動(dòng)控制方法。
基于過(guò)去一年在臺(tái)灣和上海的電摩公司擔(dān)任工程師的經(jīng)歷,江東軒發(fā)現(xiàn),國(guó)內(nèi)的電動(dòng)車市場(chǎng)潛藏著商機(jī)。特別是在電動(dòng)車的減震系統(tǒng)控制器方面,國(guó)內(nèi)鮮有廠家自主研發(fā)的產(chǎn)品,國(guó)外的大企業(yè)憑借價(jià)格和渠道優(yōu)勢(shì),幾乎主導(dǎo)了這個(gè)領(lǐng)域。
“如果能夠自主研發(fā)出兼具創(chuàng)新性和較低成本的產(chǎn)品,一定能在市場(chǎng)上有所作為!
他再次和冉燎原商量,兩人一拍即合,決定共同研發(fā)電動(dòng)車減震系統(tǒng)的電子零部件。

就這樣,“戰(zhàn)場(chǎng)”從停放了方程式賽車的理工樓119實(shí)驗(yàn)室轉(zhuǎn)移到了不到一百米外、位于海洋樓的李達(dá)三孵化園。“研發(fā)方程式賽車的經(jīng)歷確實(shí)讓我們至今受用!比搅窃f(shuō),“包括如何用軟件對(duì)車輛運(yùn)行的姿態(tài)進(jìn)行建模、如何通過(guò)傳動(dòng)實(shí)現(xiàn)減震等等,都是當(dāng)時(shí)積累下的經(jīng)驗(yàn)!
經(jīng)過(guò)一年多的研發(fā)和與合作廠商不斷的協(xié)商,一款適用于二輪車的半主動(dòng)減震電調(diào)系統(tǒng)橫空出世。團(tuán)隊(duì)已經(jīng)在為廠商提供訂單產(chǎn)品。
據(jù)江東軒介紹,這款產(chǎn)品打破了傳統(tǒng)車輛需要手動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)減震系統(tǒng)阻尼系數(shù)的桎梏,能夠通過(guò)安裝人機(jī)交互終端和半主動(dòng)懸掛系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)車輛減震系統(tǒng)的阻尼系數(shù)的及時(shí)調(diào)節(jié)。
“比如說(shuō),在曲折的山地行駛時(shí),車輛會(huì)調(diào)節(jié)到能夠保證車身姿態(tài)的減震模式;而在城市道路行駛時(shí),則會(huì)選擇更能提升舒適度的減震模式!比搅窃榻B到。
江東軒和冉燎原表示,目前他們希望更進(jìn)一步,研發(fā)一款能夠在電摩運(yùn)行過(guò)程中檢測(cè)速度信號(hào)和車身姿態(tài)等數(shù)據(jù)、通過(guò)算法計(jì)算出最適合當(dāng)前路況行駛的車輛減震模式并且自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)減震系統(tǒng)阻尼系數(shù)的電調(diào)系統(tǒng)。
UNNC graduates develop formula racing car
University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) graduates, Liaoyuan Ran and Dongxuan Jiang, recently developed a Formula Racing Car which qualified for this year's Formula Student Competition (FSC) China.
Liaoyuan’s racing “bug” dates back to 2017, when he joined a UNNC summer research project to design a formula racing car. It was also when he knew Dongxuan, who enjoyed car modifications. The two had different areas of expertise but similar passions. They made a perfect team, and were dedicated to turning their designs into reality. After the programme ended, they sought assistance from Dr Dunant Halim, Associate Professor in Mechanical Engineering, and started the development of formula cars.
“It was difficult in the beginning. We often had to borrow tools from other labs.” Liaoyuan recalled. “Due to our lack of experience, we also visited car repair shops to learn practical skills like tire positioning.”
Within half a year, they built the car chassis. Liaoyuan and Dongxuan, who graduated in 2019 and 2018 respectively, continued to provide support to team members. Last year the team successfully developed a formula car with a weight of 330 kg and a maximum design speed of 135km/h, which qualified for this year's FSE China.
In 2019, Dongxuan, who had already graduated and worked in the electric motorcycle industry for over a year, chose to start his own business. He saw business potential in the domestic two wheeled electric vehicle market – by far very few suspension control systems were developed independently by domestic manufacturers.
“If we can develop a product with innovation but low cost, it will make a difference in the market.” Dongxuan found Liaoyuan, who had just started his doctoral study at UNNC and explained his thinking.
They cooperated again to develop electronic components for electric vehicles and started their business inside the University’s Li Dak Sum Incubator. After a year, the team developed an adaptive electronic suspension control system suitable for two wheeled vehicles, which is now in production.
Dongxuan and Liaoyuan said their long-term goal was to develop an electronic system that can detect road conditions during a ride and calculate the best control solution of suspension.
