重要通知

國(guó)內(nèi)疫情形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻復(fù)雜。為持續(xù)做好疫情防控工作，鞏固疫情防控成果，學(xué)校結(jié)合屬地疫情防控部門(mén)的相關(guān)指引，現(xiàn)將2021-2022學(xué)年第二學(xué)期返校的有關(guān)安排通知如下。

一、2021-2022學(xué)年第二學(xué)期

延期至2月14日開(kāi)學(xué)

經(jīng)珠海市政府同意，2021-2022學(xué)年第二學(xué)期現(xiàn)定于2月14日正式開(kāi)學(xué)。

二、登記返校日期

為確保同學(xué)平穩(wěn)、有序、安全返校，所有同學(xué)原則上須于2月12日-14日分批返校報(bào)到，請(qǐng)同學(xué)從2月2日起登錄MIS Survey（https://mis.uic.edu.cn/survey/login.jsp），選擇“返校同學(xué)的登記排查”，登記返校日期，否則將無(wú)法獲得進(jìn)入校門(mén)的權(quán)限。如同學(xué)因個(gè)人原因須提前或推遲返校，請(qǐng)?jiān)贛IS Survey上報(bào)備，學(xué)生宿舍于2月9日起開(kāi)放入住。

三、每日健康打卡

寒假期間同學(xué)仍需堅(jiān)持每日健康打卡（https://mis.uic.edu.cn/survey/login.jsp），主動(dòng)向?qū)W校如實(shí)申報(bào)身體健康狀態(tài)及去向。如返校前無(wú)連續(xù)14天打卡記錄，將無(wú)法獲得進(jìn)入校門(mén)的權(quán)限。

四、對(duì)不同風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)學(xué)生的

返校要求

根據(jù)屬地疫情防控部門(mén)的相關(guān)規(guī)定，對(duì)近14天內(nèi)不同風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)旅居史學(xué)生有不同的返校要求，請(qǐng)同學(xué)們不要前往中高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)及重點(diǎn)關(guān)注地區(qū)，加強(qiáng)個(gè)人防護(hù)。對(duì)近14天內(nèi)不同風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)旅居史學(xué)生的返校要求如下：

備注：

1）學(xué)校在摸底中高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)學(xué)生分布情況后，將盡快聯(lián)系表中第4類(lèi)至第6類(lèi)暫緩返校的同學(xué)溝通相關(guān)事宜，并盡快跟進(jìn)表中第3類(lèi)學(xué)生的返校安排，請(qǐng)同學(xué)耐心等候?qū)W校的通知，如有疑問(wèn)，同學(xué)可于工作時(shí)間撥打0756-3620491/3620224咨詢(xún)。

2）以上規(guī)定將根據(jù)疫情防控部門(mén)的相關(guān)指引進(jìn)行調(diào)整，如有變化，學(xué)校會(huì)盡早通知。

五、中高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)學(xué)生

分布情況摸底調(diào)查

寒假期間學(xué)生或返家探親，或外出旅游和實(shí)習(xí)，或留校過(guò)春節(jié)等，為更精準(zhǔn)掌握當(dāng)前境內(nèi)中高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)學(xué)生分布及返校前的定位情況，學(xué)生事務(wù)處將面向全體學(xué)生開(kāi)展摸底調(diào)查，請(qǐng)于2月2日起登錄MIS Survey（https://mis.uic.edu.cn/survey/login.jsp）選擇“返校同學(xué)的登記排查”，如實(shí)填報(bào)個(gè)人信息。

全國(guó)最新疫情風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等級(jí)信息匯總，可瀏覽“廣東省衛(wèi)生健康委員會(huì)”主頁(yè)http://wsjkw.gd.gov.cn/xxgzbdfk/了解。

六、因疫情關(guān)系不能

按時(shí)返校學(xué)生的線(xiàn)上教學(xué)安排

如因疫情關(guān)系不能按時(shí)返校的同學(xué)，教務(wù)處會(huì)統(tǒng)一安排線(xiàn)上教學(xué)。具體安排，請(qǐng)留意教務(wù)處的后續(xù)通知。

七、學(xué)生返校后

校園進(jìn)出管理規(guī)定

同學(xué)返校后非必要不外出，盡量減少流動(dòng)，從2月9日開(kāi)始，學(xué)校將臨時(shí)實(shí)施封閉校園管理，學(xué)生只進(jìn)不出。學(xué)校將根據(jù)屬地疫情防控部門(mén)的統(tǒng)一部署，組織在校師生進(jìn)行全員核酸檢測(cè)，學(xué)校將根據(jù)全員核酸檢測(cè)結(jié)果逐步調(diào)整學(xué)生進(jìn)出校園規(guī)定，請(qǐng)同學(xué)留意學(xué)校郵件通知。

八、盡快完成疫苗接種

接種新冠病毒疫苗是預(yù)防新冠肺炎最經(jīng)濟(jì)、最有效的方法，也是構(gòu)建群體免疫屏障最有效的手段。請(qǐng)仍未完成疫苗接種的同學(xué)及時(shí)關(guān)注所在地相關(guān)疫苗接種信息，主動(dòng)接種疫苗。

九、強(qiáng)化自我防護(hù)及健康監(jiān)測(cè)

強(qiáng)化“個(gè)人是自己健康的第一責(zé)任人”的意識(shí)，請(qǐng)同學(xué)們科學(xué)佩戴口罩，勤洗手、常通風(fēng)、保持安全社交距離；不扎堆、不聚會(huì)，保持良好的衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣和健康生活方式，不參加大型聚集性活動(dòng)。主動(dòng)遵守屬地防控規(guī)定，積極配合流調(diào)排查和管理。如出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱、咳嗽等癥狀，佩戴一次性醫(yī)用外科口罩及以上級(jí)別口罩，及時(shí)到就近的發(fā)熱門(mén)診進(jìn)行排查和診療，就醫(yī)過(guò)程盡量避免乘坐公共交通工具。

Dear students,

The Covid-19 situation is still fluctuating. In order to sustain the satisfactory results of our anti-pandemic measures and keep the situation under control, our College, pursuant to the directives issued by local Pandemic Prevention and Control agency, has made the following arrangements for your safe return to the campus for the second semester of the academic year 2021-22.

1. The opening of the College for the second semester of the academic year 2021-22 has been postponed to 14 February 2022.

2. Registering the date of your return to the campus

To ensure an orderly and safe return to the campus, all students, in principle, are required to make a staggered return to UIC during the period of 12-14 February 2022. Starting from 2 February 2022, students are invited to log on MIS Survey (https://mis.uic.edu.cn/survey/login.jsp), selecting the item on “registration of returning students” to register their date of return. Students who fail to complete the registration will be unable to enter the College premises. If for any reason, students need to bring forth or postpone the date of their return to the College, please report this on MIS Survey. Student hostels will be opened as of 9 February.

3. Daily Health Report

During the winter holidays, students are required to submit their daily health report by logging on to MIS Survey (https://mis.uic.edu.cn/survey/login.jsp), proactively and factually reporting their health condition and their location or travel plans to the College. Students who fail to submit the required health reports for 14 consecutive days will be unable to enter the College premises.

4. Different requirements for students returning from areas of different risk-levels.

Pursuant to the directives of the local Pandemic Control and Prevention agency, we have different requirements for students returning from areas of different risk-levels. Students are asked to avoid going to high or medium risk areas or hot spots, with a heightened alert for the protection of their personal health. The following are guidelines for reporting your travel history 14 days prior to their return to the College:

Note

(1): After a careful study of the distribution of students in medium to high areas, the College will, without delay, reach out to students who fall into categories 4 to 6 on the above chart and will lose no time in contacting students in category 3 above regarding arrangements for returning to the campus. Please be patient and await instructions from the College. If you have any queries, you may dial 0756-3620491/3620224 during office hours.

(2) The above arrangements may be adjusted in accordance with ongoing instructions from the local Pandemic Prevention and Control Agency. Rest assured that we will notify you of any changes without delay.

5. A thorough study of the distribution of students in medium to high risk areas in the country

During the winter holidays, students may return home to their families, or go on tours or internships or remain on campus for the Lunar New Year. In order to gather accurate information on the distribution of students in medium to high risk areas as well as their locations prior to their return to the campus, SAO will conduct a comprehensive survey. Beginning on 2 February 2022, please log on to MIS Survey (https://mis.uic.edu.cn/survey/login.jsp)and select “registration of returning students” to factually report your personal information.

6. Arrangements for online teaching and learning for students unable to return to the campus on schedule

The Academic Registry (AR) will arrange online teaching and learning for students who cannot return to the campus when College reopens. For details, please stay tuned for further announcements from AR.

7. Rules governing campus entry and exit after students return to the College

Unless absolutely necessary, students are asked not to leave the campus and to minimize personal mobility. Starting 9 February 2022, the College will adopt a closed campus arrangement. Students may enter but will not exit the campus. The College will follow the centralized community-wide instructions issued by the local Pandemic Prevention and Control Agency, and will carry out on-site Covid-19 tests for all staff and students. Depending on the results of these tests, the College may gradually adjust rules about campus entry and exit. Students are asked to stay tuned for email notifications from the College.

8. Please get fully vaccinated as soon as possible

Getting the anti-Coronavirus vaccines remains the most economical and effective way of containing the virus and is also considered the best way to build up herd immunity as an effective barrier against the pandemic. Students who have not yet been fully vaccinated are asked to do so by accessing information for and contacting local vaccination services.

9. Strengthen your own health protection and health-monitoring

Please be reminded that we all are responsible for our own health. Students are reminded of the importance to wear face masks properly; wash hands regularly; maintain appropriate social distance; refrain from participating in large-scale gatherings. It is crucial for all of us to observe the instructions of government health authorities. If you have symptoms like fever and/or cough, please seek medical care immediately while avoiding public transportation.

The College will make real-time adjustments to anti-virus measures, in accordance with the instructions from government health authorities.
