今天，距離2021年的高考還有最后18天。

作為高考過(guò)來(lái)人，同時(shí)也是今年3月剛拿到牛津大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)系碩士OFFER的應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生，袁浩博特來(lái)分享一些自己的考前經(jīng)驗(yàn)，為考生們支招鼓勁。

四年前，袁浩博以專業(yè)錄取分?jǐn)?shù)浙江省第一的成績(jī)進(jìn)入寧波諾丁漢大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)與應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)專業(yè)。

在寧諾的四年，他不僅包攬了國(guó)獎(jiǎng)、省獎(jiǎng)、院獎(jiǎng)等多項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，還在大三時(shí)拿到了均分95分的高分，這個(gè)分?jǐn)?shù)在英國(guó)諾丁漢大學(xué)、寧波諾丁漢大學(xué)及諾丁漢大學(xué)馬來(lái)西亞校區(qū)三個(gè)學(xué)校里都屬該屆均分最高分。

寧諾采用的是英國(guó)大學(xué)的評(píng)分體系，40分以上屬于合格，70分以上屬于優(yōu)秀。

對(duì)于高考前最后幾天的安排，袁浩博結(jié)合自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，給出了幾點(diǎn)建議：

調(diào)整生物鐘，使自己在各科考試時(shí)間段達(dá)到最佳狀態(tài)。盡管在最后備考的階段，考生們恨不得把24小時(shí)都用來(lái)復(fù)習(xí)，但考前日夜顛倒的狀態(tài)會(huì)影響考試當(dāng)天的發(fā)揮。不妨從現(xiàn)在開(kāi)始，就把自己的生物鐘調(diào)整到與考試時(shí)間一致，讓大腦提前適應(yīng)考試當(dāng)天的節(jié)奏。

考前不用刷新題，以復(fù)習(xí)鞏固老師講的重點(diǎn)、易錯(cuò)點(diǎn)、自身的薄弱點(diǎn)為主。很多考生會(huì)在考前拼命地做新題，假如看到還有自己沒(méi)有做過(guò)的新題，就會(huì)有一種不安感。但事實(shí)是，更應(yīng)該把時(shí)間放到基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)點(diǎn)、老師講的重點(diǎn)、易錯(cuò)點(diǎn)上，因?yàn)樗�有考題的考核都是建立在對(duì)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)點(diǎn)的理解上。

考完一門(mén)后就立馬放掉，切忌對(duì)答案。莎士比亞的戲劇《暴風(fēng)雨》中有一句話：What's past is prologue。很多人喜歡它的中文翻譯：一切過(guò)往，皆為序章。在我看來(lái)，前一門(mén)考試已經(jīng)結(jié)束，當(dāng)下最要緊的事情是開(kāi)始準(zhǔn)備接下來(lái)的考試。此時(shí)如果去核對(duì)答案，本身就是對(duì)有限時(shí)間的錯(cuò)誤利用。

考試字跡端正，整潔的卷面會(huì)間接提高你的分?jǐn)?shù)。雖然我沒(méi)有當(dāng)過(guò)閱卷老師，但是課余的時(shí)候我?guī)推渌�人輔導(dǎo)功課的時(shí)候，看到字跡潦草的頁(yè)面，也會(huì)有種很無(wú)奈、不想看下去的感覺(jué)。

這個(gè)時(shí)候再去練字顯然是不可能的，但是把字寫(xiě)清楚總是可以的。如果覺(jué)得無(wú)法控制自己的書(shū)寫(xiě)，不妨先在草稿紙上寫(xiě)一遍。

最后，袁浩博也向考生送出了自己的祝福：

袁浩博所在的數(shù)學(xué)與應(yīng)用數(shù)學(xué)專業(yè)，是寧諾“大神”匯集的場(chǎng)所。在2020年畢業(yè)的41位學(xué)生中，就有38名繼續(xù)升學(xué)，其中有31人進(jìn)入全球大學(xué)排名前50位的大學(xué)，如牛津、倫敦大學(xué)學(xué)院、帝國(guó)理工學(xué)院等攻讀碩士學(xué)位。

相比國(guó)內(nèi)其他大學(xué)，該專業(yè)更注重?cái)?shù)學(xué)思維和創(chuàng)新思維，培養(yǎng)運(yùn)用數(shù)學(xué)知識(shí)解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力，在課程設(shè)置上也不乏像科學(xué)計(jì)算與數(shù)值分析、金融衍生品建模等跨領(lǐng)域課程，所以畢業(yè)生們往往也深受金融行業(yè)、科研機(jī)構(gòu)等的喜歡。

對(duì)于如何在大學(xué)里學(xué)好數(shù)學(xué)，袁浩博也有一套自己的方法：

先抓基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)點(diǎn)。對(duì)于每天的課程，袁浩博通常是當(dāng)天學(xué)當(dāng)天鞏固——他會(huì)先把課程大綱看一遍，然后把基礎(chǔ)的知識(shí)點(diǎn)列在紙上，先把知識(shí)點(diǎn)的概念一一吃透，然后通過(guò)刷題來(lái)鞏固自己的理解。

在他看來(lái)，學(xué)習(xí)就像搭房建樓，最重要的是把基礎(chǔ)先打好。

再攻重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)。鞏固完基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)點(diǎn)后，他才會(huì)去逐個(gè)攻克重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)。如果遇到自己無(wú)法理解的難點(diǎn)，他會(huì)去YouTube或者B站搜索牛人們的講解分享視頻，聽(tīng)聽(tīng)別人從不同的角度對(duì)難點(diǎn)的理解和解決方法，然后選擇一種自己最能理解消化的方法進(jìn)行解題。

復(fù)習(xí)完當(dāng)天的課程后,袁浩博會(huì)去學(xué)校的健身房做做力量訓(xùn)練,然后回到寢室,像其他學(xué)生一樣刷刷手機(jī)。他基本在晚上十點(diǎn)左右就準(zhǔn)時(shí)睡覺(jué)，不會(huì)通宵熬夜。

理清課程的脈絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)。當(dāng)一門(mén)課課程結(jié)束，進(jìn)入復(fù)習(xí)階段時(shí)，袁浩博也有自己的一套復(fù)習(xí)方法。

他會(huì)準(zhǔn)備十張空白的A4紙，根據(jù)自己所掌握的，先在紙上梳理整本書(shū)的框架結(jié)構(gòu)，并列出各個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)上的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)點(diǎn)，再次進(jìn)行消化。這時(shí)的復(fù)習(xí)，因?yàn)橛辛苏�體全面的視角，對(duì)知識(shí)點(diǎn)的理解也就更為深刻。

其實(shí)我的學(xué)習(xí)方法很簡(jiǎn)單，沒(méi)有什么特別的。我覺(jué)得更重要的是學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境和氛圍。寧諾的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍很好，平時(shí)圖書(shū)館、教室都坐滿了復(fù)習(xí)的學(xué)生，如果晚去經(jīng)常會(huì)搶不到位置，這個(gè)時(shí)候你才會(huì)明白‘比你優(yōu)秀的人比你還努力’這句話的意義。

UNNC student delivers tips and best wishes to GaoKao students

The 2021 Gaokao is only 18 days away. As a student who has experienced the Gaokao and achieved high grades, Haobo Yuan, ayear 4 Mathematics with Applied Mathematicsstudent at the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC), has a few tips for studying and the examination to share with Gaokao candidates as well as undergraduates.

In year 3, Haobo obtained an average score of 95, which was the highest of the year in his school across the three campuses. With excellent academic performance, he was awarded multiple national and provincial scholarships. Haobo has now received the offer from University of Oxford to pursue a Master’s in mathematics.

Drawing on his experience, Haobo has some tips for successful achievement in the exam.

Adjust your study timetable according to the upcoming exams. Having a clear mind and enough sleep can help you to do your best in your exams.

Focus on review instead of new exercises, since most exams are based on the understanding of fundamental knowledge.

Get ready for upcoming exams rather than waste time on finished ones.

Make your handwriting neat and legible.

For undergraduate study, Haobo also surmmarised his own techniques.

Review and make notes of the contents learned in each class and do exercises to consolidate the fundamental knowledge.

Pay additional effort to crucial but tough parts. Sometimes, Haobo will search for explanation videos on popular video platforms like YouTube and Bilibili, while encountering questions that seem unsolvable.

Summarise the module outline before review to have a deeper and more comprehensive understanding.

Haobo’s achievements are not a special case in his course. Among the 38 Mathematics with Applied Mathematicsgraduates of 2020 who continued to study an MA, 31 were admitted to world top 50 universities, such as the University of Oxford, University College London and Imperial College London.

Compared to the setting of other domestic universities, the course emphasises real-life applications with mathematical ideas and encourages innovative thinking. The comprehensive spectrum of modules also equips students with interdisciplinary abilities and cultivates talent favoured by various employers including those in the finance industry and research institutes.
