錄取通知書大禮包中附有一張神奇的明信片。這張薄薄的卡片頗有來歷，上面印有鐘樓的色粉畫，作者是來自寧諾計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)專業(yè)的吳越同學(xué)；鐘樓旁邊印有“無限未來研究所”的字樣，仔細(xì)看，會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)這行字里融入了無盡巧思。

“18”和“∞”被創(chuàng)造性地融進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)中，代表著新生們?cè)谧罡怀瘹獾哪昙o(jì)來到寧波諾丁漢大學(xué)，開啟人生的無限可能；也代表著寧諾建校18周年，迎來自己的成年禮。

明信片右上角還有一個(gè)神秘二維碼，掃描它，會(huì)看到一段學(xué)校執(zhí)行校長(zhǎng)尼克·邁爾斯教授給特意為新生準(zhǔn)備的歡迎視頻，還會(huì)看到18個(gè)學(xué)長(zhǎng)學(xué)姐的故事。福布斯30 Under 30上榜者、“影響世界華人”大獎(jiǎng)最年輕獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)�、新冠病毒快速檢測(cè)法的貢獻(xiàn)者、世界頂尖設(shè)計(jì)大獎(jiǎng)獲得者……無數(shù)寧諾青年從這里出發(fā)，投入熱愛、創(chuàng)造不凡，走向更開闊的世界。

我們邀請(qǐng)新生在此寫下自己的心愿，生成專屬學(xué)生卡，在今后的四年，不要忘了自己最初的夢(mèng)想。

為了慶祝建校18周年，我們從寧諾駐校藝術(shù)家Rory Perrott以校園風(fēng)景為題的繪畫中選取了18幅作品。生成你的專屬學(xué)生卡，就有機(jī)會(huì)抽取到哦！

當(dāng)然，除了上面提到的驚喜，錄取通知書、新生入學(xué)須知等重要資料也都一一包含在新生禮包里，收到記得逐一清點(diǎn)哦！

First batch of UNNC admittance letters sent nationwide

Last week, the first batch of the University of Nottingham Ningbo China (UNNC) 2022 admission letters were sent nationwide.

The admission letter package came with a card with a pastel painting of the clock tower, which was designed by UNNC Computer Science student, Yue Wu.

The number “18” and “∞” symbol are both incorporated into the card design, representing students arriving at UNNC for the first time at 18 years old as well as the infinite possibilities of life that await them. It also represents the 18th anniversary of the establishment of UNNC.

There is also a QR code in the upper right corner of the card. Scanning it will open a welcome video prepared for new students by UNNC Provost Professor Nick Miles. The video also includes the stories of 18 alumni and their experiences at UNNC.

In addition to this special card, the package also includes the admission letter, student admission instructions and other important documents.
