合作的方式
人們完成工作的方式通常有兩種: 獨(dú)立完成和合作完成.兩種方式各有特點(diǎn).請你以此為話題，按照以下要點(diǎn)寫一篇英語短文：

2. 合作完成：一起討論、相互學(xué)習(xí).

Working Individually or Working in a team
There are basically two ways to get work done. One is to work individually. In this way, people can decide for themselves when to start work and how to do it. What's more, they will be able to learn how to solve problems on their own and how to think independently.
People may also choose to work in a team, where they can learn from each other and help each other. Besides, they may work out better ways to get work done by
discussion. They can truly learn the skills of cooperation and how to get through the ideas to their mates.
Personally, I prefer to work in a team, which offers me a chance to learn how to get along with others and to share my experiences with them. As the work can be divided among several people, it can be done efficiently.
