Youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind; it is not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips and supple knees; it is a matter of the will, a quality of the imagination,a vigor of the emotions; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life.

My name is Li Jieying. On May 15, 2020, I joined the Public English Center of the School of English Language and Culture of Xi’an Fanyi University.

My first acquaintance with Xi’an Fanyi University originated from the well-known morning reading of thousands of students. After entering the post, I witnessed the grand scene of thousands of students reading in the early morning, which is indeed well-deserved.Every day the morning light is shining, the campus is full of sounds of reading.As a full-time English teacher, Icarefully guidedstudents' morning reading on time. The morning study of thousands of studentsis just a miniatureof theuniversity's good and strong learning atmosphere. In such an environment, it inspires me to work meticulously.

Almost every classroom in our university is equipped with multimedia equipment, and software and hardware are being updated with each passing day. This requires teachers to constantly adapt to the rapid development of the university. Since entering the university, what has improved me most is the use of smart classrooms. From being unskilled in the beginning, to the proficient application now, my teaching ability has improved significantly。

In the past year, the most impressive thing wasthat leaders ofall levels have carefully guided our work, cared about our lives, andIhada sense of belonging. In this big family, the teachersof our universityare not only experienced, but also dedicated, united and enterprising.

Czech educator Comenius once said: "Teacher is the most glorious profession under the sun." I love the sacred profession of teacher and will strive for it for life! I deeply understand that my future teaching path is still very long. In terms of teaching and scientific research, I still need to consult and learn more from other experienced teachers in order to make continuous progress. In daily teaching, Imust always keep in mind the dean Ding Zuyi’s love for children and stick to it. For the ideals of students and the trust of parents, we should be rigorous in academic research, be creative, respect human nature, care for the soul, unite and cooperate, and keep pace with the times. I will contribute my whole life to the development of Xi’an Fanyi university, and at the same time I will enable myselfto make progressat the same time!

我叫李潔瑩，2020年5月15日入職于西安翻譯學(xué)院英文學(xué)院公共英語中心。

對西安翻譯學(xué)院的初識源于蜚聲于外的萬人晨讀，入職后我親眼目睹了萬人晨讀的宏大場面，的確名不虛傳。每天晨光熹微中，校園里書聲瑯瑯，我們作為代課老師，都會按時認(rèn)真指導(dǎo)學(xué)生的晨讀。萬人晨讀只是學(xué)校良好濃厚學(xué)習(xí)氛圍的一個縮影，在這樣的環(huán)境里，激勵著我必須一絲不茍地工作。

我校幾乎每個教室都安裝了多媒體設(shè)備，并且軟件硬件都在與日俱新，這就要求教師要不斷適應(yīng)學(xué)校的發(fā)展需要。入校以來，對我提升最大的是智慧教室的使用，自己從開始的不熟練，到現(xiàn)在熟練應(yīng)用，教學(xué)能力明顯進(jìn)步！

一年來，我感受最深的是各級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對我們工作悉心指導(dǎo)、對我們生活高度關(guān)懷，讓我們擁有歸屬感。在這個大家庭里，團(tuán)隊老師不僅經(jīng)驗豐富，而且具有敬業(yè)、團(tuán)結(jié)、進(jìn)取的精神。

捷克教育家夸美紐斯曾經(jīng)說過：“老師是太陽底下最光輝的職業(yè)�！� 我熱愛教師這一神圣職業(yè)，并將為之終身奮斗！我深深懂得，自己今后的教學(xué)之路還很漫長， 在教學(xué)和科研方面，還需要向其他有經(jīng)驗的老師多請教、多學(xué)習(xí)，使自己不斷進(jìn)步。日常教學(xué)中，要始終謹(jǐn)記丁祖詒老院長的愛生精神，并一以貫之。為了學(xué)生的理想，為了家長的重托，做到嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)治學(xué)，勇于創(chuàng)新，尊重人性，關(guān)愛心靈，團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作，與時俱進(jìn)。為西安翻譯學(xué)院的發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)，同時使自己得以同步成長！
