為滿足國際社會對日益增長的中文教育類人才的需求，促進世界各國中文教育的發(fā)展，助力國際中文教育人才的成長，教育部中外語言交流合作中心（以下簡稱中心）設(shè)立國際中文教師獎學金（以下簡稱獎學金），聚焦培養(yǎng)合格的海外中文教師�？鬃訉W院、獨立設(shè)置的孔子課堂，部分漢語考試考點，外國相關(guān)教育機構(gòu)、高校中文師范專業(yè)/中文院系、國外有關(guān)中文教學行業(yè)組織、中國駐外使（領(lǐng)）館等（以下簡稱推薦機構(gòu)）可推薦優(yōu)秀學生和在職中文教師到華僑大學學習和進修漢語國際教育及相關(guān)專業(yè)。

一、資助對象

1.非中國籍人士；

2. 對華友好，無違法犯罪記錄，遵守中國政府的法律、法規(guī)和學校的規(guī)章制度；

3. 身心健康，品學兼優(yōu)；

4. 有志于從事中文教育、教學及相關(guān)工作；

5. 年齡為16-35周歲（統(tǒng)一以2024年9月1日計）。在職中文教師放寬至45周歲，本科獎學金申請者一般不超過22周歲。

二、獎學金類別及申請條件

第一類：中文師資類項目

1.漢語國際教育專業(yè)本科生

2024年9月入學，資助期限為4年。

具有高中學歷。漢語考試成績達到 HSK（五級）180分、HSKK（中級）60 分。

2.一學年研修生（漢語研修方向）

2023年9月入學，資助期限為11個月。

漢語研修方向，漢語考試成績達到 HSK（三級）210 分，提供 HSKK 成績者優(yōu)先。

3.一學期研修生（國際中文教育方向）

2024年9月、2025年3月入學，資助期限為5個月。

國際中文教育方向，漢語考試成績達到 HSK（三級）180 分，具有 HSKK 成績。

三、獎學金資助內(nèi)容及標準

獎學金資助內(nèi)容包括：學費、住宿費、生活費和綜合醫(yī)療保險費。其中，本科生、一學年和一學期研修生生活費標準為 2500 元人民幣/月。

四、辦理流程

2024年3 月1 日起，申請者可登錄中外語言交流合作中心網(wǎng)站（http://www.網(wǎng)址未加載）國際中文教師獎學金板塊申請國際中文教師獎學金。

1.登錄網(wǎng)站（http://www.網(wǎng)址未加載）注冊帳號，查詢推薦機構(gòu)。

2.填寫申請表(接收院校選擇“華僑大學”），并上傳申請材料，點擊“提交”。

3.返回查看申請信息，并關(guān)注申請進程、審核意見與獎學金評審結(jié)果。

4.獎學金獲得者與華僑大學確認辦理來華留學手續(xù)；按華僑大學錄取通知書規(guī)定的時間入學報到。

截止日期（以北京時間為準）：

1．2024年9 月入學：學生申請截止日期為5月15日，推薦機構(gòu)、接收院校（華僑大學）審核截止日期為5月25日；

2．2025年3 月入學：學生申請截止日期為10月31日，推薦機構(gòu)、接收院校（華僑大學）審核截止日期為11月10日。

中心委托專家組集中評審：根據(jù)HSK、HSKK 考分和級別，兼顧國別等因素擇優(yōu)資助，于入學前約3個月完成獎學金評審工作，發(fā)布評審結(jié)果。

五、獎學金申請材料清單

（一）與所有申請者有關(guān)的證明材料

1.護照照片頁掃描件。

2.HSK、HSKK 成績報告（有效期兩年）掃描件。

3.推薦機構(gòu)負責人的推薦信。

（二）與本科生有關(guān)的證明材料

提供高中畢業(yè)證書（畢業(yè)預期證明）和高中階段成績單。

（三）在職中文教師須附上就職機構(gòu)出具的在職證明和推薦信（同等條件下優(yōu)先錄取）。

（三）在各類漢語橋比賽中獲得“國際中文教師獎學金證書”者，登錄國際中文教師獎學金網(wǎng)站，憑獎學金證書向華僑大學提交申請材料。

（四）未滿18周歲的申請者，須提交在華監(jiān)護人署名的委托證明文件

（六）近半年體檢材料

六、其他

1.一學期研修項目和一學年研修項目原則上不錄取3年內(nèi)享受過同類獎學金的申請者。

2.相關(guān)專業(yè)培養(yǎng)方案與教學課程，可咨詢?nèi)A僑大學。

3.申請者還須同時在華僑大學境外生網(wǎng)上報名系統(tǒng)（https://admissions.hqu.edu.cn/）提交申請資料。

4.本科生須參加年度評審，詳見《國際中文教師獎學金年度評審辦法》。

5.相關(guān)入學等事宜，請及時聯(lián)系華僑大學。

6.入學體檢不合格、中途退學及未經(jīng)許可不按時報到、休學等情況，取消獎學金資格。

Application Guidelines for International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship 2024，Huaqiao University

(Bachelor’s Degree Program and Chinese Language Study Program)

To meet the growing international demand for Chinese language teachers, facilitate Chinese language education around the world, and support the professional development of Chinese language teachers, the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) has established the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship (hereinafter referred to as the Scholarship) for eligible Chinese language teachers outside of China. Confucius Institutes, independent Confucius Classrooms, selected HSK test centers, foreign educational institutions, Chinese language teacher training programs/Chinese departments at foreign universities, professional associations for Chinese language teaching, Chinese embassies (consulates) abroad (hereinafter collectively referred to as Recommending Institutions) may recommend outstanding students and in-service Chinese language teachers to further their studies in international Chinese language education and related programs at Huaqiao University.

I.ELIGIBILITY

a) Be a non-Chinese citizen;

b) Be friendly to China, have no criminal record, abide by the laws and regulations of China and the rules and regulations of Huaqiao University;

c) Be in good physical and mental health, be in good academic and behavioral standing;

d) Be interested in Chinese language education and related work; and

e) Be aged between 16 and 35 years on September 1, 2024. The maximum age limit for in-service Chinese teachers may be extended to 45, but those who apply for a scholarship for a Bachelor’s degree shall be younger than 22 under most circumstances.

II.CATEGORIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

A. Chinese Language Teacher Scholarships

a) Scholarship for Bachelor’s Degree in International Chinese Language Education

The program commences in September 2024, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of four academic years.

Applicants shall hold a senior high school diploma and have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK Test (Level 5) and 60 on the HSKK test (Intermediate Level).

b) Scholarship for One-Year Study Program (Chinese Language Study Program)

The program commences in September 2024, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of eleven months.

Applicants of Chinese language study programs shall have a minimum score of 210 on the HSK test (Level 3), and priority will be given to applicants who provide an HSKK test score.

c) Scholarship for One-Semester Study Program (International Chinese Language Education Program)

The program commences either in September 2024 or March 2025, and the scholarship is provided for a maximum of five months.

Applicants of International Chinese Language Education programs shall have a minimum score of 180 on the HSK test (Level 3), and an HSKK test score is required.

III.Coverage and Standard for Scholarship

The scholarship supports tuition, accommodation, living allowance and comprehensive medical insurance. The monthly living allowance for undergraduates, one-year study program students and one-semester study program students is RMB 2,500 per person.

IV.APPLICATION PROCEDURES

Online registration will be available from March 1, 2024 on the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website (http://www.網(wǎng)址未加載).

a) Please log on（http://www.網(wǎng)址未加載）to search for Recommending Institutions and Host Institutions (select Huaqiao University as the Host Institution).

b) Submit application materials online.

c) Track the application process.

d) The successful applicant must confirm with Huaqiao University to go through the procedures of studying in China, and register at the Huaqiao University on the designated date as per the Letter of Admission.

Application Deadlines (Beijing Time)

a) For programs commencing in September, applicants must complete their applications by May 15, and Recommending Institutions and Huaqiao University must complete the review by May 25.

b) For programs commencing in March 2025, applicants must complete their applications by October 31, and Recommending Institutions and Huaqiao University must complete the review by November 10.

CLEC will entrust an expert panel to review the applications. Decisions will be based on HSK and HSKK levels and scores, geographical distribution, and other factors. The results will be announced about three months before the program starts.

V. List of Application Materials for the Scholarship

A. For all applicants

a) A scanned copy of the passport photo page;

b) A scanned copy of score reports of the HSK/HSKK tests (within the two-year validity); and

c) A reference letter by the head of the Recommending Institution.

B. For bachelor’s degree program applicants

High school graduation certificate (or proof of expected graduation) and an official transcript;

C. For In-service Chinese language teachers

In-service Chinese language teachers shall provide proof of employment and a reference letter from the employer.

D. For Chinese Bridge Winners

Applicants who have received the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship Certificate during Chinese Bridge competitions need to submit their application documents along with their scholarship certificates to Huaqiao University directly at the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship website.

E. Applicants under 18 shall provide certified documents of designation signed by their entrusted legal guardians in China.

F.Foreigner Physical Examination Record valid for six months .

VI.MISCELLANEOUS

a) In principle, applicants who have received a similar scholarship within three years are not eligible for the One-Semester Study Program or One-Year Study Program.

b) Please contact Huaqiao University for curriculum and course listings.

c) Applicants shall also submit the application through the online application website of Huaqiao University (https://admissions.hqu.edu.cn/).

d) Bachelor’ Degree program students are subject to the annual assessment according to the Annual Assessment Procedures of the International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship.

e) Please contact Huaqiao University for enrollment matters.

f) Students who fail to pass the pre-enrollment medical examination, withdraw from school before completing the program, fail to register at the university without prior permission, or suspend their studies will be disqualified for the scholarship.
